The on-board PC averages the true friction over 1/3 sections on the runway (ICAO program), or in 250ft. (76 m.) or 500ft. (152 m.) intervals (FAA program) friction numbers, along with continuous traces of friction, vehicle speed and water flow rate are stored and printed out. |
