This conference
is targeted at pavement, materials, and geotechnical engineering
professionals who are involved in all aspects of concrete pavement
design, construction, testing and evaluation, and rehabilitation.
These professionals include federal, state, and municipal engineers;
consulting engineers; contractors; materials suppliers; and
academia. The conference
program will consist of presentations and discussions of new
developments related to concrete pavement technology. Emphasis will
be placed on implementable products and techniques that result in
long-lasting new and rehabilitated concrete pavements, and the use
of concrete to rehabilitate other types of pavements. |

It is now the
time for the Latvian National Committee of the Baltic Road
Association to organise the International Baltic Road Conference.
Preparations are already underway and, knowing that the conference
attracts more and more interest and the number of participants will
grow, it is hard to find a place that would suite the conference
more that the capital city of Latvia.
Within nine years that have passed after the conference in 2000 the Riga
city has become more modern and splendid having more European
accents but at the same time it has retained its historical Riga
charm.
Late August is also the time when Riga celebrates its city festivities

Workshop on Highway Asset Inventory and Data Collection will be held
at the Sheraton Imperial in RTP.
