Elmod® - Road Doctor™ Capability

The goal with this feature has been to create a unique product by data integration of the 2 individual software packages RoadDoctor and Elmod® .
The effect of combining the advantages of these products will give the users possibilities to do structural data analysis by interactive use of GPR data analysis and backcalculation of layer moduli based on deflection basins from FWD testing.

The RoadDoctor Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) analysis interface it is possible automatically to generate information required for the Elmod® backcalculation procedures, activate the calculations as background runs, and finally to read back the results.

The results can following be presented in different ways in RoadDoctor, like tables, graphics and as labels on the GPR results window for easy comparisons of the estimated layer moduli with the material thicknesses and properties as interpreted using RoadDoctor.

It is also possible from RoadDoctor to run Elmod® in open mode, which will allow the user to perform design suggestions, and then following let RoadDoctor read-back the results.

Road DoctorTM for Windows is an advanced software for GPR data processing and interpretation.

Road DoctorTM is a project based software, which can read, link, output various datasets from the survey object.
The user creates a project based on survey lines and attaches all related datasets to it.
The user can then simultaneously view onscreen, either all data or only selected data connected to a project. With its special features for geographical information management, road survey data analysis, and road rehabilitation planning, Road DoctorTM is a valuable tool even when GPR data has not been collected.
